How does it work?

  • Dining Area: Your dining area will be already reserved for your party. We pride ourselves on our arcade-themed seating. Table decorations are allowed. No wall decorations, please!
  • Event Duration: The party package includes a 2-hour event.
  • Arrival: You may arrive 15 minutes early to confirm your details before the event begins and set up table decorations.
  • End of event: Tables must be cleared at the end of your event as there might be other events starting.

Event Flow:

  1. Arrival: 15 min prior the event starts you can set up table decorations and confirm your event details.
  2. Hour 1: Guests will check in at the counter and receive their Unlimited Arcade Time Play Cards to enjoy the game room. (Play cards are for fun only and DO NOT earn tickets.)
  3. Tickets: Each guest will receive 500 tickets to shop in our redemption store (additional tickets can be won at the Arcade by purchasing credits).
  4. Hour 2: Guests will be called to the dining area for food service. After dining, they can return to the Arcade for the remaining time of the event (Arcade cards are active only during the 2-hour event. Additional credits can be purchased and guests can stay as long as they want at the facility.)

Things to know:

  • Arcade-Themed Establishment: Table decorations are allowed (tablecloth, napkins, balloons, etc.) and you may bring your plates and cutlers for dining. Wall decorations are NOT allowed.
  • Service charge:
    $100 Service charge will be added to your final bill (Less than 15 Kids)
  • Cake Policy: You may bring in your own cake and/or cupcakes.
  • Food policy: Outside Food Fee $30 (Allowed). We have a catering menu available with plenty of options that can be added to your event account (special requests like Kosher Certified and other options are available).
  • Dining Area: Dining areas are preassigned based on the number of guests eating at the party.
  • Party Server: A dedicated server will assist your group during the dining experience.
  • Stay Longer: While the event duration is 2 hours, you are welcome to stay in the arcade afterwards.
